Service

Navolith provides planning and workflow intelligence for permitting, property authority, quoting, code-pathway review, inspection readiness, and optional contractor/workforce compliance recordkeeping. It is not a government agency and does not issue permits, legal opinions, engineering determinations, or utility service commitments.

Accounts

You are responsible for account security and for information submitted through your account. Do not share credentials or use the service to interfere with the platform or third-party systems.

Reliance

Source-backed outputs can still become stale or incomplete. Final permit, code, utility, ROW, inspection, licensing, credential, labor, safety, tax, and project determinations remain with the applicable authority, record issuer, employer, and qualified professionals. Compliance status is source-backed workflow intelligence, not a government certification or legal opinion.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, once enabled, are billed securely through Stripe according to the selected billing interval.

Navolith Contractor Pro subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until canceled. Customers may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains active until that date. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or approved by Navolith support.
