Does Navolith issue permits?
No. Navolith is preconstruction and permit intelligence. Where filing or instant issuance is not explicitly supported, the issuing authority remains the source of truth.
What does “Verified” mean?
Verified is reserved for evidence that meets the applicable Navolith corroboration rule. High Confidence, Territory Match, Candidate, Boundary Review and Conflict are intentionally different states.
Can I use Navolith without paying?
Yes. The public Permit Check is free, and a Free account provides Guard, Property, Company profile and limited cloud-saved protected quotes.
Why does an address sometimes need review?
Mailing city, parcel jurisdiction, municipal boundaries, utility territory and right-of-way authority can disagree. Navolith surfaces that uncertainty instead of silently picking an answer.
Where is Navolith available?
Current launch coverage is shown on the public Coverage page. Unsupported jurisdictions should be treated as unsupported until they are added to the source-backed rules ledger.
